About the Career
Paralegals work under the supervision of lawyers in a range of tasks--researching the law; investigating; preparing for hearings, trials, and real estate closings; interviewing clients and witnesses; and preparing legal documents and other legal correspondence. Paralegals cannot give legal advice or represent clients in court. If you are detail oriented, organized, strong in communications, and enjoy researching and analyzing facts, you might find a career as a paralegal very rewarding.

Read the American Bar Association Paralegal Program requirement.

Testimonials
“I would recommend LTC's Paralegal program to anyone who wants a quality, American Bar Association-approved paralegal education. The program not only teaches the concept of law, but also enables the students to have a hands-on learning experience.”
–Michelle R. Hawley

“I chose LTC's Paralegal program because I knew other people who received degrees there and were working in the Legal field and truly enjoying their careers. I got a job in a local law firm three months before graduation and am currently using everything I learned in the program. LTC provides the “hands-on” skills people need and employers are seeking.”
–Kathleen Weiand
