| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 06/10/08 CLEVELAND, WI– Lakeshore Technical College’s international education program has been awarded a Business and International Education grant from the U.S. Department of Education. LTC is one of only 22 colleges nationwide to receive the grant. LTC will receive at least $177,660 to continue developing its international education program. The grant will be used to:
The grant required LTC to obtain support and commitment from community and international project partners. Besides Silver Lake College, LTC’s partners include The Manitowoc Company, Reichsprasident Friedrich-Ebert Schule of Germany, Wisconsin Department of Commerce and World Trade Center Wisconsin.
