| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 04/25/08 CLEVELAND, WI– The fifth annual Lakeshore Technical College Foundation, Inc. Golf Classic will be held at Branch River Country Club in Manitowoc on June 2. Funds raised will benefit LTC student scholarships. In 2006-07, the LTC Foundation provided more than $108,000 in student scholarships, development and support. Resources are raised annually through the golf classic, a fund drive and donations from area businesses. Golf classic participants have the opportunity to win one million dollars through a golf shoot-out sponsored by Leede Research Group of Manitowoc. Great Lakes Staffing also is sponsoring a $5,000 putting contest. Many other hole-in-one prizes and contests will be available throughout the course. Participation in the golf classic includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, lunch, dinner and a golfer gift. The fees are $500 per foursome and $125 per individual.
