Employment Application

LTC believes in giving you options, that's why we've made getting application materials easy for you.

• Complete the online application form, save and send via email as an attachment to humanresources@gotoltc.edu.

  Important Notes:

  • Applicant's signature on the employment application form is not required for the application review process, however it is required at point of interview.
  • Indicating "see resume" on any part of the application form does not constitute a completed application and may result in disqualification.

  • Print a copy of our application. Note: To view and print the application you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, simply click on the icon below and follow the installation instructions for a free copy.

Information entered on the application form must be printed in ink or typed.
