Assessments
We can assist your company with almost any assessment need you may
have. A complete assessment center is on campus and we also can
do the assessments on site. With over 40 different assessments,
we are able to help evaluate and determine your needs for most of
your employees. Two excellent assessments include Supervisor Skills

Facilitation
LTC offers facilitation services to business and industry for both
profit and non-profit organizations. Experienced facilitators can
help groups/teams/boards with planning, problem solving, and negotiations.
A facilitator is a neutral non-member of a group who focuses on
how decisions are made, not what decisions are made. A facilitator
will focus on process while helping a group focus on content.
Safety Plan Writing
Whether your need for a written plan is general
safety, hazardous communication, emergency response, lockout tagout,
confined space, or any number of other safety plans our safety experts
can train your employees to write the plan or we will help write
the plan for you. All plans are written to be in compliance with
the appropriate safety standard.
Strategic Planning
LTC facilitators are experienced in working with organizations and agencies in developing
short and long term strategic plans. Moving through mission, SWOT
analysis, into critical issues and action plans, LTC facilitators
will help your team focus on those issues critical to your success.
Planning may be done on-site, or at LTC using one of our conference
rooms or our Electronic Meeting Room.
Training Program Design
LTC offers on-site training program curriculum design. A curriculum
design specialist comes on site, observes job tasks & responsibilities,
interviews/benchmarks high achievers in a specific job function,
and identifies skill sets needed to perform at optimum levels. The
specialist then creates a formal training program (curriculum) for
the company to use for future employee training.
Turnkey Programs
LTC has an excellent service to assist you in all of your training
program needs. Our totally customized turn- key program means we
will design, write and develop a training program for your employees,
written to your needs and specifications. We can also train your
trainer on how to deliver the program we have created for you. When
we are finished, the program can be delivered by your staff or by
an instructor provided by LTC, either way it is a total turn key
operation. We do all the work for you and free you from the challenges
of designing, trying to get release time for someone to work on
the project, and then try to deliver the program.
Video Production
LTC provides digitalized video production & editing services.
Staging, lighting, storyboard (scripting) creation, artwork, graphics,
titles, audio, and music planning are available upon request. On-site,
job-specific video production is the norm, while the LTC studio
is used for editing, voice overs, and straight narration.
